Free Human Resource Workshops
The Comox Valley Economic Development Society, together with Human Capital Strategies, is assisting local employers address their human resource issues as they relate to current and forecasted local labour shortages.
Support will be provided to local employers in developing, promoting and monitoring the use of Human Resource Planning Tools, specific to the needs of key employment sectors. Developing a labour force recruitment campaign will serve to complement the Human Resource Planning Tools for the Comox Valley.
Workshop Topics Include :
- How the changing labour market is affecting various sectors
- How to benefit from proven recruitment and retention best practices
- Real options to address labour market needs in both practical and innovative ways
