Labour Force Development
The Comox Valley Economic Development Society (CVEDS) is undergoing an exciting labour force project in partnership with Service Canada in order to assist local employers to address their human resource issues by creating local industry specific human resource planning templates. These tools will aid employers in hiring, retaining, and attracting employees. As well, a series of workshops will be offered to introduce, promote, and monitor the use of these templates.
